Which sectors does Climafrost serve?

Where do you work?
Climafrost is headquartered in Nairobi and has delivered work for clients in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, South Sudan and Uganda. We are not limited by geography and take on projects across Africa.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?
Yes. Our emergency line is staffed every hour of every day, with a typical response of under 60 minutes. Maintenance customers receive priority dispatch.
Are you an authorised BITZER dealer?
Yes. Climafrost is an authorised BITZER dealer, supplying genuine compressors and spares, and provides BITZER field-service support.
Is Climafrost registered with the environmental authorities?
Yes. Climafrost is registered and approved by the Ministry of Environment and the National Ozone Unit, and follows environmental and safety procedures on every site.
What standards do you follow?
We follow ISO 9001 quality guidelines and health-and-safety (HSE) guidelines, and work to KEBS standards where they apply.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us your product, target temperature, space and location, or ask for a site assessment. We can quote in Kenya shillings, US dollars or other currencies for regional projects.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Planned maintenance agreements include scheduled inspections, service reports and priority emergency dispatch, for plant we installed and plant installed by others.
Can you help us with an R22 or HCFC plant?
Yes. Kenya's HCFC import phase-out took effect on 1 January 2026. We assess your plant and cost retrofit and replacement options, then carry out the works in phases that keep you operating.
Do you supply equipment as well as install it?
Yes. We supply and install cold rooms, chillers, compressors, condensing units and air-conditioning equipment, and we support them afterwards.
Can you work while our facility is operating?
Yes. We phase installation and maintenance around your operating hours and agree access and downtime in advance.
Do you cover large residential developments?
Yes. Alongside commercial and industrial work we deliver air-conditioning and refrigeration for large-scale residential developments and estates.
